Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prop Hub website and services (the “Service”), operated by Sharikat al-Marfa Ltd., Suite 3, 1st Floor, La Ciotat Bld., Mont Fleuri, Mahe, Seychelles (“Prop Hub”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must not be a person subject to sanctions or listed on any prohibited-persons list.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. What the Service is

Prop Hub provides skill-based evaluation challenges. You trade with virtual balances on a simulation that mirrors live prices from Polymarket. You do not place real orders on prediction markets, you never own real positions, and no real funds of yours are put at market risk in the simulation.

The Service is not gambling, not investment or financial advice, not a brokerage or exchange, and not a money-transmission service.
Free demo accounts use the same engine as paid challenges.
If you pass an evaluation, you may be offered a funded account. Profits on funded accounts may be eligible for payout under the rules below.
Fill prices follow Polymarket single-price execution. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

3. Accounts & security

One account per person. Keep your credentials confidential and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Fees, payments & resets

Each challenge has an entry fee, priced in USD and payable through our payment provider in supported cryptocurrencies (settled in USDC). Entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Resets and retries, where offered, are charged separately.

5. Trading rules

Each challenge and funded account is subject to rules including a profit target, maximum total and daily drawdown, consistency requirements, maximum risk per trade, a resolution-horizon limit, and an eligible-profit price band. Breaching a rule ends the account. The current rules are shown in the product and form part of these Terms.

6. Payouts, KYC & jurisdiction (important)

Profit payouts from funded accounts require successful identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks, completed before your first withdrawal.

Jurisdiction restriction. Prop Hub mirrors Polymarket prices and operates consistently with Polymarket’s terms and geoblocking policy. If, during KYC, you provide identity documents issued by — or indicating residence in — a country in which Polymarket is unavailable or restricted (per Polymarket’s geoblocking policy), your withdrawal cannot be processed. Withdrawals will remain unavailable until you provide valid identification from a country permitted under Polymarket’s policy. This requirement exists so that we do not breach Polymarket’s terms of use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your eligibility, and entry fees are not refunded on the basis that your country is restricted for withdrawal.

Payouts are subject to a profit split (up to 90%), payout caps, cooldown periods and minimum amounts as shown in the product. We may withhold, delay or reverse payouts in cases of fraud, rule violations, multi-accounting, AML concerns, or legal requirements.

7. Prohibited jurisdictions for trading availability

Consistent with Polymarket’s geoblocking, trading may be blocked or restricted for users located in certain countries and regions, including OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions (Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine) and other regulator-restricted jurisdictions. Regardless of trading availability, withdrawals are governed by Section 6.

8. Prohibited conduct

Operating multiple accounts, or trading in coordination across accounts (hedging, collusion, wash trading).
Using bots, scripts or automation not expressly permitted; latency or arbitrage abuse.
Circumventing geoblocks or providing false, forged or third-party KYC information.
Interfering with, attacking or reverse-engineering the Service.

Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of virtual balances and profits, and denial of payouts.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content are owned by Sharikat al-Marfa Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, or the accuracy, timeliness or availability of market data (which originates from Polymarket). Nothing on the Service is financial, legal or tax advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop Hub and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Seychelles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
